In addition to the Roasted Black Cod, we also had the pleasure of savouring the Filet Mignon at Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge. This prime cut of beef was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to excellence. Cooked to perfection, the Filet Mignon boasted a mouthwatering tenderness and a depth of flavour that left us in awe.
The succulent meat was expertly seared to create a caramelised crust, while the interior remained juicy and tender. Accompanied by a velvety sauce and complemented with seasonal vegetables, each bite was a celebration of the fine art of grilling.
